I never seem to get it right
Again the sullen takes over what’s mine 
enjoy the ride

Like the echoes thumping into one’s mind
Running empty valleys trapped in the night

Shadow follow me, you’ve been so kind
At least with you I’m shed by light

Oh dearest take us for another round
Drifting around observing time

This could be our best adventure yet
If you let those thoughts ever rest

One day you’ll wake up and feel true light
Living far away from craze and vice

Like we say, provide, provide to the life you have
Or make it one that you dream about

Boughten attention is all we have
When we seek for social on the inside

Go far never forget where you come from
But don’t make it the guide that your life goes by

Easy they will say but remind yourself
You’re the only one who can truly fly

Goodbyes to the flock, they will stay afloat
As you leave the boat for another rock

Detached, barely latched, time to make it high
tomorrow brings the best where the truth lies  

Echoes in my head, I can’t pretend, 
I’ll keep it all in paradise 

When you say out loud what you idolise 
As if to morph opinions into dead set solutions  

Only health wears a disguise
For the richest kind the all designed

Leave it for tomorrow prioritise 
Oh so we’re told freedom is a lie
